"State Farm representatives have been incredibly helpful and supportive over the past three years (I have had car, house, and renter’s insurance through them). Approximately a year and a half ago, my husband sadly and quickly passed away at the age of 55. He and I had used a different insurance company for our house insurance (for the past 30+ years), and as I navigated through the transition to widowhood, I unknowingly lapsed in payments, and that insurance company “dropped” me (I felt very unsupported by the local rep). Beside myself, I called State Farm, and not only were the representatives patient with me, but they were kind and empathetic. A week ago, I finally sold the house, and again the reps patiently walked me through the steps of cancellation, calling me after the closing. Finally, because my daughter lives and rents in Florida, I use State Farm there as well. When changes occurred due to the selling of my house in Vermont, a rep called me to “check in” because my address had changed. The fact that State Farm has continuously performed “above and beyond” has proven their authenticity, and I recommend their services as much as possible. I am very thankful."
